Matthew C. Rosenthal is an Associate at Alcott Law Group with experience in not-for-profit law, real estate, licensing and corporate work. He has represented public charities, start-up corporations, loan servicers, and banks. Matthew provides guidance in a range of legal services to clients including entity formation, corporate governance, sales and purchases of real estate, licensing, and securities and other business transactions.
Prior to joining Alcott Law Group, Matthew worked at a real estate litigation law firm where he represented clients in New York State Supreme Courts, gaining considerable experience while concentrating in the areas of real estate and mortgage litigation.
Matthew received his B.S. in Business Economics from Lehigh University in 2010, his J.D. from New York Law School in 2013, and his LL.M. in Intellectual Property from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2015. He is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
